TN20-2 two-step semi-auto bottle blower is applicable for blowing various PET five-gallon bottles, lamp covers and the carbonic acid beverage bottle, mineral spring water bottle, farm chemical bottle, cosmetic bottle, oil bottle in any shapes.
Features:

1. Use a double crank arm for mold locking, a high mold-locking strength and a flexible action.
2. Use a time relay as the controller (PLC optional), easy repair, low cost, with the time controllable accurately in 0.01s.
3. The gas circuit is designed into low-pressure and high-pressure twice blowing and action three portions, making sure of an even bottle forming and a steady action.
4. The far-infrared heater uses a way of conversion self-rotating heating and the rail revolution makes the heating even, quick and reliable.
5. An independent temperature controller is set with the heating lamps in different sections so as to leave an ideal heating effect for the bottle preform.
6. The direction of the heating lamp is adjustable upon different bottle preforms.
7. Can blow the bottle and lamp cover of a diameter 280mm and in any shapes.
8. Only need one operator, do not need special training.
9. Simply install and initiated.
